A discount dental plan grants individuals and families access to a network of providers who offer dental services at significantly discounted contracted rates. That means you’ll have access to a large pool of providers and the lowest prices available for services so you can make smart choices about your dental care—all while saving money!
By enrolling in one of our low-cost plans, you’re paying for access to an extensive network of over 200,000 providers and the ability to choose discounted dental care as well as access to vision, pharmaceutical, and other healthcare discounts to keep you and your family healthy.
Any individual can use the Smart Health Book mobile app to browse our network of participating dentists and other providers by specific specialty, service, zip code, and distance. However, non-members will not be able to see our low rates and book appointments through the app and view other useful information.
Members have access to our network of over 200,000 providers, the lowest available rates for dental services, and the ability to book appointments conveniently through our website or mobile app. A paid membership also includes:

Individual membership is designed to give access to all plan benefits for one person, while a family plan allows for up to six household members to have access to all plan benefits.
After you enroll in your selected plan, you will receive a Welcome Email that lists your "active date." This is the date your membership commences.
Requesting an appointment is simple! Begin by searching for a provider based on your desired preferences in the Smart Health Book mobile app or website. Select the provider you would like to book and then click the “Book Me” button. Follow the prompts to enter your appointment details and preferences. Once you have entered all the details for your appointment request, click on the “Book My Appointment” button. This will submit your request to the provider and our dedicated customer support team. You will receive a notification in the app that shows your pending appointment request. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an appointment confirmation notification and email with the confirmed date and time of your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, you will need to contact the provider’s office directly. If you need assistance, please contact a member of our dedicated customer support team.
We strive to meet the needs of all of our members and try to accommodate all appointment requests. However, there are times when availability might be based on factors outside of our control, and we have to reject your request. For best results, we ask members to have more flexibility with their appointment dates and times. This allows us to have a better chance to confirm an appointment that meets your requirements.
While we do have an extensive nationwide network of over 200,000 providers, some dental providers do not participate in our system and plan. Please call us if you have questions or need more information about the dentists in your area who do accept your dental savings plan.
Yes! If your plan is not working for you within the first 30 days, you can receive a full refund. You are also free to cancel your membership at any other time. Please contact us for more questions regarding membership cancelation and our customer support team will assist you.
You can only use one membership at a time, however, if you have family members who do not live in your household, they will need to purchase a separate membership (certain restrictions or exceptions may apply).
Please contact us directly regarding financial assistance for costly procedures. Our team is here to help you apply for assistance from one of our third-party vendors. There are many financial assistance options—even for those with less-than-perfect credit.
